A perfect fall day for cleanup and planting in Springfield Park, Queens.  We want to thank the community for coming out, in full force, to help keep Springfield Gardens Park beautiful.  This event, organized by Volunteers for Springfield Park Inc., was well attended. Everyone had a wonderful time cleaning up the park to mark the end of Summer. They also enjoyed the day planting tulip bulbs which we will see next Spring.

We encourage you to visit your local park, especially Springfield Park, Queens, to enjoy this year’s beautiful fall foliage before it is gone.
